For your convenience, you may place your order in the following six methods:

6.) Mail order
Once you place an order with us, you will be added to our mailing list and given a customer number. To expedite your orders, please use your customer number when ordering, except when ordering online. Shipping costs are not included in the pricing you see online.
Payment
US only
We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. For international orders, we also accept wire transfers. All international payments are denominated in US Dollars. International order bank charges are additional.
International Payment
We accept cashier’s checks, wire transfers and credit cards in US Dollars. All bank transfer charges incurred will be charged to you. No currency transfer fee is incurred when using a credit card.
Shipping Policy
For in-stock orders received by 3:30 p.m. central time, we ship same day. We will offer you the most economical shipping method available to meet your delivery needs and will provide a shipper number for package tracking.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event we are out of stock on a regularly stocked item, we will ship it to you when we receive it or offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Special Orders
We’ll find it, price it, and let you know how fast we can get it to you. And we’ll bird-dog it until you get it. We want you to get what you need, especially hard to find tools and supplies. When we have located and priced your item, we’ll get it on its way to you as soon as we receive your payment!
Returns
Wrong product? Other problem? During the first fifteen days after an order, we’re glad to take back unused products in original containers. Just call us first for a return number. Please have your receipt available when calling!
