Once you place an order with us, you will be added to our mailing list and given a customer number. To expedite your orders, please use your customer number when ordering, except when ordering online. Shipping costs are not included in the pricing you see online.
US Payment
We accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or UPS C.O.D. There is a $7 per package surcharge for C.O.D., and these orders must be paid with casher’s checks or money orders. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. These fees must be paid before any future shipments will be processed. International Payment
We accept cashier’s checks, wire transfers and credit cards in US Dollars. All bank transfer charges incurred will be charged to you. No currency transfer fee is incurred when using a credit card.
Your order will ship the same day if placed by 3:30 p.m. Central Time! If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, we will back order that item and ship the reminder of your order. You will be able to see whether your item is in stock during the online order process.
All special order items must be prepaid before we will place the order. Special order items cannot be shipped C.O.D. We cannot accept returns on special order items unless the item is defective or sent in error.
If you wish to return an item, please first call our Customer Service Department at 800-666-9175. Returns must be made within 15 days of shipment and include a receipt.
