  • Heat Treated Dies: Made with heat treated 4140 or H13 dies for enhanced strength and longevity.
  • Mild Steel Spring: Constructed with a mild steel spring for reliable operation and flexibility.

    Important Notes:
    • The clapper dies are heat-treated after forging and welded to a mild steel spring.
    • Weld wire used is high tensile strength, specifically designed for dissimilar materials.
    • The weld is a stress point, which may fracture due to uneven blows during use.
    • Replacement is limited to cases where the dies themselves fail after reasonable use.
    • Safety warning: DO NOT USE hands to hold material under a power hammer.
