Here, for the first time, are almost 120 working drawings of 23 categories of horse-drawn vehicles, taken from the two major trade journals of the 19th century, The Hub and The Carriage Journal. Included are drawings for broughams, buggies, commercial vehicles, landaus, phaetons, surreys, two-wheelers, wagons, and many more. The drawings are arranged in a loose leaf binder, so they can be easily laid flat or taken out and handled at the drafting board.
The drawings come with a full description plus dimensions for springs, wheels, axles and body. A treasure trove for those interested in building, restoring or researching early vehicles.
